Dust off your chef's hat and join us at our Kitchen Table for an afternoon of interactive wellie-making as Oliver Gladwin takes you through his signature beef wellington recipe. Using only local, sustainable ingredients, you'll create a showstopping beef wellington complete with a pastry lattice.
Enjoy the masterclass with a glass of our West Sussex Nutbourne wine as Oli artfully talks you through using high-welfare beef, seasonal ingredients while making an individual beef wellington.
Our Kitchen Table accommodates 14 guests per session with each session lasting 45 minutes each where you will prep and cook your Wellington from creating the duxelles, the herb pancake, and of course, rolling the fillet of beef in buttery pastry and finally latticing it!
As your wellingtons roast in the oven, we'll move you upstairs to relax and enjoy a 3 - course meal, including your showstopping creation presented to the table with a selection of sharing sides.
