Gladwin Duo, Richard & Oliver are teaming up with longstanding friends Dog Point, a renowned winemaker from New Zealand to host a one-off 6-course dinner at The Chef’s Table at Sussex on Thursday 5th October. In true Local & Wild style, each course has been carefully created using hyper-seasonal ingredients from British hedgerows & coastlines, which aligns perfectly to Dog Point’s ethos of Paddock to Plate, the Kiwi version of Farm to Table. To accompany each course, we’ll be pouring a glass (or two!) from Dog Point’s extensive repertoire and each course introduced by Richard or guest Jak, of Dog Point.
