The menu combines both chefs' approaches and is a blend of dishes showcasing classic French techniques with fun, colorful twists for which Alex Webb is known, with touches of Oliver's signature local and wild cookery, all made with British, heritage produce. Peppered with favourites from the Sussex restaurant menu such as mushroom Marmite Éclairs, Oysters with English Wasabi leaf, and Sourdough tempura stuffed courgette flower.
The event is held in our Soho restaurant's main dining room, a sprawling space fit for a sensational evening of fantastic food, wine, and hospitality. The evening kicks off at 6.30 pm, where guests are greeted with a glass of our English sparkling wine, Nutty Brut, from Nutbourne Vineyards, before being seated for dinner at 7 pm. As always with the Gladwin Brothers', the menu features produce from our West Sussex farm and the surrounding countryside and coast with fantastic local, fresh fish sourced from day-boats. The Sussex team will concoct some pairing cocktails for the evening to match the exciting menu fun, with seasonal twists on classic cocktails from sours to martinis and their signature Sussex 75.
