Mother's Day Wellington Masterclass

As a family-run restaurant with a vineyard and farm commandeered by our mother, we're big into celebrating the wonderful women in our lives. Over Mother's Day weekend this March, Oliver Gladwin is hosting a "bring your mum" beef wellington masterclass at his Kitchen Table in which he'll take you through the art of that perfect beef fillet wellie. 

Our first masterclass session starts at 12 pm and runs for 45 minutes after which you and your guests will indulge in a delicious 3-course meal including your very own wellington with seasonal sides and a meaty jus. We'll start your meal off with a glass of bubbles in a toast to your hard work (and of course mum) and take you through three-courses featuring signature dishes from the Sussex menu. 

If you'd like, we have 2 more sessions running from 2 pm and again from 5 pm, each for 45 minutes plus a 1.5 hour sitting afterward to have your lunch. 

This is the perfect gift experience suitable for the whole family! We are selling individual tickets at £65 which include a masterclass hosted by Oliver Gladwin and a three-course meal with a glass of English wine in our main dining room.

Time: 12pm, 2pm and 4pm (choice of either three, with class running for 45 minutes). 

Price per Person: £65 (excludes discretionary service charge of 12.5%)

Cancellation Policy: We run a 48-hour cancellation policy for Kitchen Table events. If you do not let us know in time, you will be charged £15 per person.
