Join us for a special Burns Night supper on the 25th of January. Our à la carte menu will feature dishes inspired by the celebration of the Scottish bard and his 'Address to a Haggis' and a new Beeble whisky cocktail.
On the evening, our restaurant will be dressed with thistles as guests enjoy a traditional (with a twist) dish of homemade caramelised and braised Haggis using lamb mince, lamb offal, spices and oatmeal served with a neeps and tatties rosti and seasonal greens. Alongside signature whisky cocktails, the main course special is the perfect way to toast the tradition whilst a member of our team recites 'Address to a Haggis' for the dining room.
For pudding we're serving cranachan: a whisky infused cream with seasonal berries, rolled oats and coulee.
