At Sussex we are proud to sell a range of cured meats from Cobble Lane in Angel Islington. These pioneers are producing a huge range of delicious cures right here in London - with all the meat sourced from high welfare British farms.
At the moment we have the Fennel and Garlic, the Salt and Black Pepper, and the Soppresata - all sliced to order on our antique (and beloved) slicer and served with gluten free crisp bread, cornichons and house made pickles. Pop in to the Nutty bar and see and taste for yourself!
