There's a reason we're called Sussex, and it isn't just geography. Nearly everything that reaches your table here started life on a farm or in a field somewhere in that county, which makes this next bit feel less like a seasonal menu and more like coming home.
This September, we're marking the Sussex Harvest Moon, the point each year the land gives up its very best before the nights draw in, a tradition that once brought entire villages together in celebration. Our menu reflects that heritage directly, prime cuts cooked simply, alongside dishes built around the same farms and growers we've worked with for years, from Sussex Regenerative Beef to a stone fruit melba drawn from the county's orchards.
It's as close as you'll get to Sussex without leaving Soho. Available throughout September.
