New dish just lounging on the pass! 

This is a Scottish langoustine and scallop, on a celeriac puree with a de-boned chicken wing rubbed in spices sitting alongside. All finished with a roast chicken jus.

An absolutely fantastic starter balancing the sweetness of the seafood with the salty and crispy chicken wing.
