The Glorious Twelfth marks the opening of the shooting season in the UK for the majestic bird, the red grouse, and what better to celebrate than with a seasonal game-driven set menu, paired with wine from our friends and leading organic wine grower, Famille Perrin. The menu will be available in The Gladwin Brother’s acclaimed & wine-driven bar & restaurant in Soho, Sussex.
